Google Earth Engine is a cloud-based platform that enables large-scale processing of satellite imagery to detect changes, map trends, and quantify differences on the Earth’s surface. This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of Google Earth Engine cloud computing and basic digital image processing techniques.


You will have access to real-world data, scripts, and hands-on exercises. You will write your first JavaScript program to import satellite data into a cloud computing environment. Even if you do not have a prior programming background, we will help up get started to code on the Earth Engine API. 


In this course, I will help you up and running on the Google Earth Engine JavaScript API platform. By the end of this course, you will be able to load satellite images, filter image collection, and export and import data on the Earth Engine cloud computing platform.
